Bishop Auckland Youth Awards Event 2016
On the 8th June 2016 I attended the Bishop Auckland Youth Awards at Bishop Auckland Town Hall. The awards are organised by the Bishop Auckland Town Council which celebrates some special young people who have done something outstanding in their community. This could be living with an illness, helping someone, caring for something with an illness, maybe an act of bravery or achieved great things in sport, dance or drama.
The awards went without a hitch and everyone thoroughly enjoyed themselves. We were treated with special performances from Sandra Welsh School of Dance which some images are shown below.
