Sam & Beth Wedding Engagement Pre Shoot at Hardwick Park, Durham

For Sam and Beth’s engagement photo shoot, we headed to the beautiful Hardwick Park in County Durham. It’s one of my favourite spots for engagement sessions — full of variety and charm, with open fields, wooded areas, winding paths, and the lake offering so many stunning backdrops.

We spent some time wandering through the park, making the most of the soft light and capturing those natural, relaxed moments between them. Hardwick Park always has such a calm, easygoing atmosphere, which helps couples feel comfortable in front of the camera and allows their connection to shine through.

I’ve photographed several engagement shoots at Hardwick Park, and it never disappoints — every couple brings their own energy and story, making each session unique.
